The Everpure E-10 filters large dirt and dust particles from you drinking water while also extending  the life of the other Everpure drinking water filter cartridges. The pre-filter in this system prevents the larger  particles from clogging up the other filters. This is an OEM Everpure replacement part that is an essential  component of water filtration.
